I work with children, adolescents, and adults that have difficulty regulating their emotions. Together, we'll work to help you be able to identify, sit with, and communicate your emotions in a healthy way. Each individual is unique, and I tailor my interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of those I work alongside. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My areas of focus include, but are not limited to, anxiety and stress management, depression, interpersonal relationships, trauma, and women’s issues.
