I love working with people that are ready to explore change. Everyone gets stuck from time to time. Coming to terms with loss and pain is never easy. Loss can come in the form of actual bereavement or in through accepting difficult events. If you would like to try to address your reaction to trauma, loss, or addictive relationships to substances, I would love to work with you. I have comfort and familiarity in working with bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD and anxiety. I hope to work with people who are seeking their highest expression of self and are willing to look inside. Mindfulness and motivational interviewing are some of my favorite modalities. I use DBT and CBT as well, and love existential therapy. I love using using expressive therapies such as art and writing.
