I help clients regain vision for their lives through a holistic approach considering their physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and relational well-being. My approach has been described by clients and co-therapists as compassionate as well as practical. I believe that when people are able to live out of their strengths, they will experience a greater sense of purpose in life and in their relationships. My specialities are sexual issues and relational dynamics, life and career coaching, and trauma/grief.
