I have assisted people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and many other life challenges. I love to advocate for people from a holistic approach to improve overall well-being. I am trained/certified to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Infant Mental Health (IMH) therapies. At the core of my therapeutic approach is Person-Centered Therapy.
