If you live with anxiety, depression, or struggle with grief you may be used to pushing through your days while feeling tense, overwhelmed, or stuck in your own thoughts. On the outside, you might appear capable and composed, while internally your mind feels busy, your body feels on edge, or it’s hard to fully relax. In therapy, we will slow things down. We will create a safe space to understand what your mind is trying to communicate and learn ways to respond to it with more ease and compassion. The goal isn’t to eliminate anxiety, depression or grief, but to help it feel more manageable so it no longer runs your life.
