Welcome! I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard and valued. I was drawn to this work by a desire to help people better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and find meaningful ways to heal and grow—no matter their age or background. My approach uses empathy, collaboration, and education to develop goals and objectives for treatment. For the past fifteen years I have been utilizing evidence-based practices that have validity in treating individuals and families. I have worked in inpatient hospitals, schools, corrections facilities and outpatient therapy offices.
