If you’re a foster or adoptive parent, you may be dealing with big feelings—both yours and your child’s. Maybe you feel guilt for struggling, especially after waiting so long to grow your family. Or perhaps you’re facing tough behaviors, mixed emotions, or not feeling as connected to your child as you expected. These experiences are layered and deserve care. I am an adoptive mom and former foster parent. I have worked in child welfare and adoption. With more than 25 years of personal and professional experience, I understand the unique emotions and challenges. I would be honored to create a safe space for you to process and heal.
