Hello and thank you for viewing my page! I am currently accepting new telehealth clients. I began practicing mental health therapy in the State of Florida in 2013. I am a L.P.C. in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. I am an Aetna, Tricare East, BCBS, and Cigna provider. Given my licenses in many states, I work virtually to provide services to those residing in those locations. I primarily work with adolescents, young adults and adults seeking individual counseling sessions. She specializes in Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, adolescent or adult ADHD, and Depressive/Mood Disorders. I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Approach to individual sessions. I also believe in creating a collaborative and obtainable treatment plan to meet the needs of the client.
