I am a licensed mental health counselor and yoga instructor. I believe that psychotherapy in conjunction with accessing the mind-body connection within individuals and relationships is the key to improving any situation. I use a holistic spiritually-focused therapy process grounded in neuroscience, sub-conscious energy healing, traditional psychology and yoga. I specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, and achieving divine self-worth through finding the authentic self.
