As an energetic and innovative health care professional with an eclectic background and over 15 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families, my practice embodies the mind, body and spirit. My background is in both psychiatric nursing and social work and I utilize many tools and techniques to nurture and empower clients. I can offer clients a varied experience in several modalities; my post-graduate certificates are in Couples and Family Therapy, Hypnosis, Addictions as well as Holistic Nursing, Holistic Nutrition and EMDR.
