Whether you are familiar with therapy or considering exploring how a therapist may be able to assist you in meeting the challenges you face with courage and grace, I am here to help you move ahead. Every person I encounter has a unique and genuine seed at their core. This I will nurture to the best of my ability. Every person also faces difficulties that encourage growth and transformation. These I will support you to investigate and navigate skillfully. I have worked with many clients whose lives have been impacted by trauma, are experiencing relational difficulties, and people who feel they are not meeting their potential. I am a Somatic Experiencing Advanced Practitioner and have a certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy from Tamalpa Institute. In session I draw from depth, somatic and humanistic psychology, buddhist psychology, and psychological astrology. My approach is influenced by many of the traditional modalities, but we will collaborate around your needs and goals.
