I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 30 years of practice. I am a client-centered, solution-focused therapist. I believe in creating a judgement-free environment so you can feel supported and safe, and together we can achieve your stated goals. The most common approaches I use are a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic therapies. My experience has taught me not to fit the client into a box, as clients are individual and the approach I take needs to be a good fit for them and not the other way around. I therefore use various other approaches as well.
