We all face common struggles of loneliness, depression, sadness, anxiety, conflict in relationships and stress related to work and finances, among others. After years of treating children, adults, couples and families as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist, I know that by embracing and exploring our struggles we can use the power of our wisdom to find solutions, enhance our growth, access our potential, and experience contentment and joy in our lives. I provide individual therapy and couple's therapy to those wanting to discover solutions to specific problems, but also, those seeking greater satisfaction and contentment in their lives.
