I work with children, teens, adults and couples. With 25 years of clinical experience, I draw on a variety of training experiences to help patients reach their goals. Therapy helps us to examine the patterns of thought and behavior causing us distress. Finding new understanding and perspective creates a new capacity to meet life challenges. I work in person and online. My training includes a three year postgraduate program in child and adolescent therapy, and a separate program in trauma informed therapy. I have training and extensive supervision in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. I find working with these different kinds of patients informs my work with each population.
