I am an elder of Northern European descent raised Methodist and now am unaffiliated. I love my work. We will begin in the context of your current life; where you feel “stuck;” and with what difficulties you might have in interpersonal relationships, realizing it takes time to build trust and get to everything that may trouble you. Although we will speak of the past, our focus will be on positive, restorative steps to thinking more clearly, acting in your best interests and feeling better.
