Hi! I'm Judy, a licensed associate counselor (LAC). Oftentimes our own internal struggles such as our mindsets, behaviors, emotions & our past hurts, can hinder us from reaching our fullest potential, both relationally & professionally. Well, I am here to help you on your journey to overcome these obstacles. Additionally, being born from immigrant parents, being raised around different races & ethnic groups and often traveling to Kenya, gave me exposure to different cultures. This privilege has provided me a level of understanding that can help me support & connect with clients from various backgrounds.
