The Buddhist philosophy of "turning poison into medicine" has always deeply resonated with me. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing a client's transformation—acknowledging the pain they've endured and honoring the strength and resilience they've shown in the process. I truly believe that suffering often stems from a disconnection from one's core, authentic self. When someone is struggling, I ask: What is preventing them from feeling safe enough to be who they truly are? As a therapist, my goal is to help clients uncover and understand the barriers that block that connection
