How are you coping w/these challenging & unprecedented times? Whatever our normal coping strategies were, particularly if not the healthiest to begin with, they are likely to be even more present than ever before. Fear, dread, loneliness, isolation, frustration, & anger...all ingredients for us to eat more, drink more, use more, check out more, fight more, etc..
