I have over 25 years of experience in working with adults, couples, families and teens in a variety of settings. I strive to support clients in embarking or continuing a journey in self discovery through the use of various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to EMDR, Gestalt, CBT and Bowen Family Systems. We live in an ever changing world filled with life stressors and my goal is to partner with those who would benefit from support in managing interpersonal relationships, disruption in mood, healthy decision making, as well as past trauma.
