About
I believe children (and all people) do their best when they can. When a child struggles, I work with families to understand the needs beneath behaviors and help parents respond with empathy, structure, and co-regulation. I’m especially passionate about maternal mental health, supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and the mental load of parenting. When mothers feel supported and seen, the entire family system thrives. If this is what you're looking for or are curious to learn more about me and my work, I encourage you to reach out to me by phone or email! I look forward to connecting! I was trained from a developmental perspective in a variety of settings, including community mental health agencies, college counseling centers, and psychiatric hospitals. I work primarily with children, adolescents, families, and young adults and value integrating various therapeutic perspectives and techniques to meet each individual's needs.
