I always knew I wanted to join the mental health field in order to destigmatize mental health conditions, advance social justice, and promote open and honest conversations about mental illness. My personal and professional experiences have cultivated my passion in both micro and macro work in the mental health field. I value working with adults who may be facing mental health challenges such as OCD, anxiety, and depression. I primarily use ERP and CBT treatment methods but also pull from other therapeutic modalities to remain eclectic to best meet my clients' needs.
