Hi! I'm Julia. I love to work with clients in their 20s, 30s, and beyond who appear successful and capable, yet feel stuck in dating, career, or next steps in life. Additionally, a passion of mine is working with women who find themselves stuck in a negative cycle with disordered eating behaviors, or who have a history of receiving care for an eating disorder. Often times, to integrate these passions, I see many women who identify as struggling with both relationships and/or career in addition to concerns related to food and body. My style is direct, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I integrate ACT, relational therapy, and RO-DBT. I have advanced clinical training in eating disorders from Stanford School of Medicine, in addition to years of clinical and leadership experience. I find these skills to be a fun way to break through rigidity and find vulnerability and authenticity.
