My ideal client may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational instability, or unstable self concept. They may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them — reacting instead of responding, disconnecting instead of expressing. Many carry attachment wounds, family expectations, or survival strategies that once kept them safe. They want steadiness, clarity, and healthier relationships- with themselves and with others.
