If you feel disconnected from yourself and others, or unfulfilled by the way your life story is unfolding, I am here to support you on the path to more joy and self-acceptance. I have had the honor of providing therapy to people across the lifespan, and I am especially passionate about working with individuals who strive to free themselves from the bonds of intergenerational cycles of trauma, as well as those struggling with stressors and identity shifts related to parenthood. I work well with people of all ages who feel “stuck” and want support gaining the clarity and confidence needed to make changes in their lives.
