Hi there, I'm so glad you found me! Have you been feeling disconnected from your authentic self, struggling with gender/sexuality, have low self-esteem, or are feeling lost in the shuffle of life lately? I believe that when life gets tough, we often turn to quick fixes to cope with life. This is survival. While these strategies may work in the short term, they lead us to push our feelings down. It is through exploring and freeing what’s been pushed down that we are able to truly live again.
