Adolescence and young adulthood is hard. Period. It is an intense period of growth and change that can bring up so many challenges; challenges with managing the roller coaster of emotions, navigating difficult relationships, forging an identity that feels true and genuine, engaging in your education, and planning your future (to name a few). Having a therapeutic space to feel validated, seen, and supported is immeasurably powerful for anyone, but particularly for adolescents. We can all benefit from a safe space in which to work through whatever challenges we are facing.
