Life can be stressful, chaotic and overwhelming. Transitions such as starting college, graduating college, a new job, separation or divorce, a significant loss, or becoming a new parent can add to our already complicated and stressful lives. Acknowledging that you need help and taking the step of finding a therapist is not easy. It takes both strength and courage. I believe the power of the therapeutic relationship is what can ignite understanding, accepting, healing, changing and growing. My approach is a solution focused, strength-based perspective.
