Grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting challenges, and the effects of trauma. My goal is to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and reconnect with your natural capacity for resilience and change.
