I love my job and believe therapy is a powerful tool for healing and self understanding. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I work with adults (18+) providing individual and couples therapy. My work focuses on anxiety and stress management, building communication skills, exploring personal identity and sexuality, understanding our relationships, navigating life transitions, healing from traumatic experiences, and goal setting. I bring an understanding of the somatic (body based) experience and the relationship between the mind and body in our health and healing. View 4 Photos As an LICSW, I hold master degrees in both social work and holistic health studies. I am certified in AIR/Anchored Relational Therapy, and Brainspotting. In addition I am trained in Emotional Focused Therapy and IFS basics, and am a Domestic/Sexual Violence advocate. I have done research on mindfulness skills as they relate to traumatic healing.
