My ideal client would be between the ages of five and thirty years of age. This client could be either male or female and would have a history of trauma. These clients may have needs, such as developing a sense of safety through supportive relationships and coping skills. A client who has experienced trauma may have goals to regulate their emotions, challenge negative thoughts, and process the trauma. The client could have a desire to achieve these goals so that they can regain control and empowerment.
