I'm a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT) and I've been working with individuals and couples in private practice for 26 years. I am trained in EMDR as well as several other healing modalities. One of my areas of specialty is working with new moms and couples in the postpartum adjustment. I’ve been leading conscious parenting Mommy and Me and Parents and Me groups for 16 years. Another area of specialty is my work with couples where I integrate the research-based tools of the Gottmans. I’m passionate about getting to know my clients and being part of their healing journeys.
