Hello, I'm Julia, a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who values authenticity and human connection in the therapeutic process. My style is warm and collaborative, with an emphasis on meeting clients where they are while gently exploring patterns that may be getting in the way. I have experience working with children and adolescents in public school-based settings, young adults experiencing housing insecurity, and adults with severe mental health diagnoses in residential care. I have significant experience supporting clients with chronic suicidality and I emphasize collaboration and safety throughout treatment.
