I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida working as a clinical therapist. My focus is helping people learn to feel safe in their own body while addressing issues of stress, anxiety, depression, grief, complex trauma, and substance use. I work with people who are experiencing feelings of overwhelm with life stressors, anxiety, and a desire to feel at peace within themselves. I use cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, ACT, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness skills through a psychodynamic lens to empower you to uncover the emotional blocks and thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
