I believe that instead of trying to eliminate our symptoms, we can meet our struggles with compassion in order to find true healing. I help adults and children ages 7-13 navigate the complexities of life and to find their confidence again. I work with adults who struggle with interpersonal relationships, codependency, and difficult emotions. I have worked with a variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures, but have found a niche in working with medical professionals and law enforcement. I work with kids who struggle with peer relationships, finding their place in school, and coping with life changes.
