Welcome! I work with clients ages 18 and over, with focuses on depression, anxiety, chronic illness and injury, adapting to life's transitions and new life roles, and trauma. Taking that first step to say that you might not have things under control on your own is hard. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by overthinking, stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, or just exhausted from trying to keep it all together.
