My name is Julia Raiola and I am a licensed associate counselor. I specialize in working with children, teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma and life transitions. I help by meeting you where you are, offering a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. I support you in gaining insight, building emotional regulation skills, improving relationships, and navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness. In our first sessions, you can expect the focus to be about getting to know you. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe.
