Hi there! I love to work with people age 12 - elder who are open to creative problem-solving and collaborative exploration. You are the expert in your experience, and I stay curious about how to build a feeling of empowerment while practicing humility in all my work. I welcome people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship configurations (mono/CNM/ENM) who are working on wellness in the context of life stressors, relationship challenges, transitions, grief and loss, and identity. I work with families as well as individuals and I offer a complimentary virtual meet and greet for a vibe check.
