I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety and related disorders using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with teenagers and adults. Difficulties treated include panic disorder, OCD, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety, trauma, specific phobias and depression. I frequently work with families and couples to address the impact of these difficulties on relationships, and collaborate with other treating professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, pediatricians, general physicians). My approach includes helping patients reach both insight as well as behavioral change for lasting and meaningful improvement.
