My ideal clients range from stubborn teenagers struggling at school, a college student ready to take control of their life, guys who don't know where to start with their emotions, or a parent looking to improve their relationships to kids. I like working with people 16-60 years old, someone who likes real/honest feedback and wants to understand themselves better. I specialize in working with athletes and men's mental health, issues with relationships and sex, addiction, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Stress management and OCD. I graduated with an MSW from an HBCU in Savannah, GA in 2016 and have been practicing therapy since.
