Our mental health does not exist in a vacuum, it exists within a system. I see the source of many mental health issues as being rooted in the oppression and unhealthy dynamics inherent in our society. The issues we each struggle with are responses to these conditions, rather than an individual ailment that exists only within us. My approach to therapy supports clients in processing the experiences of living within a system that's hyper-focused on success. My expertise is working with addiction from a harm reduction approach and with people undergoing psychedelic therapy, but I also work with clients who have other treatment goals.
