Many of us seek therapy when something big has happened to us or when we finally have the time and energy to tackle those big things. It can be a vulnerable time and that shopping for a therapist is more difficult than it should be. I have walked alongside folks with big feelings, big impulses, and big stressors for years. I work with folks with Bipolar disorder, mood disorders (such as depression or intense anger), suicidal thoughts, step-parenting, and blended families. I have worked with many folks coming out of higher levels of care such as psychiatric hospitalization, IOP, PHP, residential, and wilderness therapy.
