I use traditional talk therapy, expressive arts therapy, play and sand tray therapy to help individuals, children, adolescents and their families solve issues that are roadblocks to growth and development. I have experience in trauma and abuse including sexual abuse, divorce issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD and school refusal. I have had much success in helping individuals and families identify their troubled areas and work through them to achieve a more satisfying life. I believe each person is a unique being with special talents and traits and this uniqueness is respected and nurtured during our work together.
