Together, we will complete a consultation and an intake process to explore your history as well as current events that led you to seek treatment. From there, we will explore a goal or two that you would like to work toward. Throughout the clinical process, we will explore and discuss achievements, milestones, and progress. I like to use a reflective process to ensure you feel as though you are benefiting from sessions. We will engage in some exercises to facilitate discussions and an exploration of growth and development. I genuinely enjoy working with diverse groups of people and age ranges. I started my career working in a therapeutic foster care agency in the South Bronx. This is where the foundation of my practice began. From there, I worked in a hospital setting that was directly related to community outreach. Simultaneously, I worked for an outpatient mental health clinic, providing individual, couples, and family therapy.
