Healing happens through genuine human connection - we are not meant to manage struggles alone. I especially love working with clients who still feel stuck despite prior therapy. I work with anxiety & panic, depression, attachment wounds, trauma, sexual and other abuse, neglect, assault, chronic pain, and recovering from narcissistic relationships. You are the expert and your mind and body hold the wisdom and ability to heal. I will work along side you to identify and remove the obstacles so you can find deep healing, know and love who you are, and feel the freedom available through embracing vulnerability. I believe that approaches and techniques rooted in evidence-based psychology are wonderful tools, but will be insufficient without a genuine relationship between client and therapist.
