Hello-it is wonderful to see you here, taking the first step in helping yourself. I have been a therapist for 30+ years, and I have experience working with many different types of people with a variety of needs. My main goal is to help you gain access to the tools to help yourself to get better. If motivated, then sometimes the outcomes can be even more than you had hoped for, which is the ultimate goal for success. I like to use a variety of tools, and interventions that are evidence-based for your problems. I like to use books and worksheets for homework, and I use a combination of interventions for the problem (s) you are facing.
