I support folks seeking to strengthen their relationship to themselves and others after high-control religion. Those who have experienced pain, disappointment, and distress in faith communities are especially drawn to my work because of my lived experience and understanding of relational wounds and hurt that may follow faith deconstruction. It can be isolating to reconsider long-held beliefs or spiritual practices that once held a lot of hope and meaning, and to lose connection with others who don't share your new beliefs.
