I work with teens, adults and couples with a diverse range of challenges including anxiety, depression, serious mental illness, and relationship issues. I utilize cognitive therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, interpersonal psychotherapy, and supportive therapy and am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find meaningful paths to personal growth. I have a nurturing therapeutic approach which is relationally-based and focusing on empowering clients to make positive changes and develop effective coping strategies.
