I specialize in providing trauma-informed, supportive and validating care. My clients typically work really hard at their responsibilities and often feel frustrated with their inability to manage their internal emotional world. They sometimes feel they have lost themselves and as a result feel a lack of connection. I love helping clients reconnect with a sense of resilience, empowerment, identity and worth. I create a welcoming, collaborative space for clients to feel seen, understood and not alone. I believe everyone has deep intrinsic worth and a story to tell. It is my joy to come alongside my clients as they discover their strengths and find their unique, fulfilled path in this world.
