Engaging in therapy can help you increase your capacity to cope with life's ups and downs, allowing you to thrive, rather than just survive. I enjoy working with clients to increase awareness of their strengths and develop skills for coping with difficulties. I welcome and have worked with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds, including clients from other countries and cultures, Black clients and other people of color and LGBTQ+ clients. I have experience working with college students and am familiar with common challenges of young adulthood. I use a variety of interventions tailored to each client, including CBT, DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, EMDR & Mindful Awareness.
