I am Julie and I am a licensed clinical social worker. Individual therapy provides a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings to develop coping strategies to help you handle all of life's difficult situations. I engage clients in a variety of evidenced based practices to assist them in meeting their identified goals. Goals for my clients include increased self-awareness, increased emotional regulation, improved focus and clarity, greater compassion for themselves and reduced negative self talk.
